Who is responsible for your data

What we receive
The website does not ask you to create an account. The form on the Contact page sends nothing to our server: it prepares a message that you then choose to send on WhatsApp. We therefore receive only what you write to us: your name, your dates, the number of guests, the package chosen and your message, as well as your WhatsApp number.
For a booking, we may then ask you for the information needed for the stay or for hiring the car, such as the driver’s driving licence.
Why
To respond to your request, organise your stay and, if you hire the car, draw up the rental agreement.
How long
Exchanges that do not lead to a booking are kept for no more than three years after the last contact. Information relating to a booking is kept for as long as the stay requires, then for the period required by our accounting and legal obligations.
Who has access
The owner only. Your information is neither sold nor passed on. Messages go through WhatsApp, a service of the company Meta, under its own terms.
Booking requests
When you send the form on the Book page, we record your request: package, dates, number of guests, name, WhatsApp number, email if you give one, message and the language of the page. This information is used only to reply to your request and organise your stay; it is neither sold nor passed on to third parties, and it is stored on our server, outside the public pages of the website. It is kept for 24 months after the end of the stay, then deleted. To see it, correct it or have it deleted sooner, message us on WhatsApp on +212 611 535 859 or at the address given in the legal notice. To prevent abuse, the server also counts submissions per connection for one hour, in encrypted form, without keeping your IP address.
Cookies and third-party services
The website does not set any advertising cookies. It counts its visitors anonymously, to display the number of visitors since opening at the bottom of the page: a single technical cookie, “ea_v”, valid for 30 minutes, is used only to count your visit once, even if you read several pages; it contains no personal data. The server keeps only an overall total and a daily total: no IP address, no page viewed, no fingerprint. It also counts, with no additional cookie, clicks on the WhatsApp and booking buttons and submissions of the booking forms, per page and per day, to find out which pages help people book: again, no personal data. The website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which passes your IP address to Google when the pages are displayed.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or erase your information, or object to its use, by writing to us at contact@excellence-agadir.com or on WhatsApp. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
