Cocon 1 and Cocon 2 are two separate 75 m² apartments facing each other on the same landing. Booked together, they give a large family or group 150 m² while keeping two separate living spaces.
In each Cocon, the master bedroom has its own en suite bathroom and toilet: parents keep their privacy, and with two bathrooms per apartment, family mornings run more smoothly.
Every kitchen is fully equipped: settle in and start cooking the moment you arrive, with no equipment to buy and no need to eat out on your first night.

Cleaning and services (external company): €20 per stay for one Cocon, €40 for the large apartment, payable on site. Free from 3 weeks. No charge for the car alone. In June, the car is €39 a day, as in July–August.
Minimum stay with an apartment: 2 nights in the standard period, 3 nights during the holidays, 5 nights in July–August.

Yes. The residence has two pools, open from June to September; the one in the photo is right at the foot of our building. Outside this period, they are closed.
No. Hay Adrar is a residential neighbourhood. You reach the sea by car, and in return you get calmer surroundings and everyday life that is generally more affordable than in the most touristy areas.
No. The Dacia Sandero Stepway can be booked on its own or added to a stay, subject to availability.
